What counts as a 'post'?
Any LinkedIn post we draft + schedule for you. Replies and comments don’t count. Thumbnails, carousels, and quote cards don’t count separately — they’re part of the post.
What if I exceed my post limit?
We’ll let you know before you hit the limit. You can buy a one-time top-up or upgrade your plan. We never auto-charge overages.
Can I bring my own LinkedIn account?
Yes — that’s the model. You connect your account once via a CLI tool we ship. We never see your password. Your session is encrypted with a key only you hold.
Do you support enterprise / SSO / custom contracts?
Yes — Executive and Agency tiers include SSO, custom DPA, and net-30 invoicing on request. Email us.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — one click in settings. No retention calls. We refund the unused portion of yearly plans pro-rata.
