1. The service
BrandAid drafts LinkedIn posts in your voice, publishes them on your behalf when you authorize, monitors comments, and reports on performance. You’re paying for software, not for guaranteed outcomes.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for what we publish on your behalf. If you connect a LinkedIn account, you confirm it’s yours or you have explicit authorization to use it. Don’t share login credentials with anyone.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use BrandAid to:
- Spam, harass, scrape, or harm other LinkedIn users
- Impersonate someone you’re not authorized to represent
- Publish content that’s illegal, defamatory, or violates someone’s IP
- Reverse-engineer or copy the service to build a competitor
We can suspend accounts that violate this. We don’t take this lightly — if there’s a misunderstanding, write to us first.
4. LinkedIn
BrandAid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Using automation tools may violate LinkedIn’s User Agreement. We try to keep automation invisible and within reasonable rate limits, but we can’t guarantee LinkedIn won’t restrict your account. Use of this service is at your own risk with respect to your LinkedIn account standing.
5. Pricing & billing
Subscriptions billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months, but your subscription stays active until period end. Free trial is 7 days; we’ll remind you before charging.
6. AI-generated content
Our drafts come from large language models trained by third parties. They can be wrong, biased, or generate things that read fine but are factually incorrect. You’re responsible for reviewing every post before it goes live. The approval step (in-app or by WhatsApp reply) makes you the human in the loop on purpose.
7. Your content
You own everything you create with BrandAid. We get a license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of running the service. We don’t train external AI models on your data.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99% uptime but don’t guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages happen. If a critical feature is down for more than 24 hours, email support@brandaid.app for credit.
9. Liability
We provide BrandAid “as is.” Our maximum liability for any claim is what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, lost opportunities, etc.).
10. Changes
We can update these terms; we’ll email you 30 days before any material change. Continued use means you accept the new version.
11. Contact
